LEGENDARY SONGOF THE DAY

CONTEST REQUIREMENTS:
1. Contest begins Monday March 31st, 2008, and runs weekdays from 8am to 6pm to
6pm Friday June 20th, 2008. WTGE (Country Legends 107.3), will conduct an on air
contest instructing listeners to listen for the “Legendary Cash Song Of The Day”, when you
hear it start to play on WTGE, be caller 10 at 499-1073, and win $100. A Pre-view of the
“Legendary Cash Song Of The Day” will be played near 6:20am and 7:20am weekdays, so
listeners will know the song to listen for, to win. The song could play again between 8am and
6pm, Monday thru Friday.
2. Must be 18 years of age or older to win.
3. Must have a valid Drivers License issued within the U.S. to Play, and for proof of Identification.
4. YOU CAN ONLY WIN ONCE MONEY ONCE DURING THIS CONTEST.
5. One winner per Household during this contest. Listeners/Contestants can win a Cash Prize Only Once during this Contest. Listeners that attempt to win or call in and win more than one cash prize during this contest will only receive the first cash prize they win, and will not receive any Cash prizes they attempt to win after their first Cash Prize has been won.
6. All participants automatically give WTGE (Country Legends 107.3) the right to use their likeness, image and/or voice in promoting the contest and/or station.
7. Employees of WTGE (Country Legends 107.3), The Guaranty Broadcasting Baton Rouge, LLC., its advertising agencies, employees of any other radio broadcasting company with stations within one hundred (100) air miles of Baton Rouge, LA. or anyone in their household, are not eligible to win.
8. Winners are responsible for any and all Local, State, and Federal taxes / fees.
9. This contest is open to U.S. Residents only and is void where prohibited by law.
10. All winners must claim their prize(s) within thirty (30) days of notification, or the prize(s) is forfeited.
