ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
1. Contest begins Monday September 15th, 2008, and runs Weekdays from 6am to 6pm, till Friday December 12th, 2008. Country Legends 107.3/WTGE-FM will conduct an on air contest instructing listeners to call in to win, when they hear the Free Gas Pump Sounder on the air, and be the 10th caller to 225-499-1-0-7-3, and win a $50 Wal-Mart Gift Card that can be used to buy Gas at Wal-Mart
Gas pumps. The contest will be played Monday through Friday 6am-6pm, for the run of the contest.
Contest Play Times that change, such as cash giveaways at other times during the day, Will be
announced before the contest is played on air.
2. No Purchase Necessary. Prize(s) are non-transferable.
3. Must be 18 years of age or older to win.
4. Must have a valid Drivers License issued within the U.S. to Play, and for proof of Identification.
5. One winner per Household during this contest. Listeners/Contestants can win a Cash Prize Only Once during this Contest. Listeners that attempt to win or call in and win more than one cash prize during this contest will only receive the first cash prize they win, and will not receive any Cash prizes they attempt to win after the first Cash Prize they have won.
6. All participants automatically give Country Legends 107.3/WTGE--Fm the right to use their likeness, image and/or voice in promoting the contest and/or station.
7. Employees of Country Legends 107.3/WTGE--Fm, The Guaranty Broadcasting Baton Rouge, LLC., its advertising agencies, employees of any other radio broadcasting company with stations within one hundred (100) air miles of Baton Rouge, LA. or anyone in their household, are not eligible to win.
8. Winners are responsible for any and all Local, State, and Federal taxes / fees.
9. This contest is open to U.S. Residents only and is void where prohibited by law.
10.GAS CARDS MUST BE PICKED UP AT THE STATION, BY THE PERSON THAT WON THAT CARD.
11. All Decisions of Country Legends 107.3/WTGE--Fm,its management, or representatives is final.
